EMI-TECH is a custom sheet metal manufacturer. We do not sell catalogue parts from stock – every product is made to a specific brief, drawing, photo or sketch. Our main line is acoustic and weather louvres, duct silencers and acoustic enclosures.

A louvre with acoustically lined blades. Lets air through the opening while cutting the noise that breaks out of it.

How we work
You do not need a finished drawing. A photo, a sketch or a few sentences are enough to start.
Tell us what you need
Send a drawing, 3D data, a photo or a sketch. Tell us the size of the opening and what the part has to do.
We check and quote
We check that the part can be made, suggest a material and send you a price for your piece or series.
We draw it
We prepare the full manufacturing documentation and a 3D preview, so you see the part before it is made.
We manufacture
Cutting, punching, bending, welding and painting are all under one roof.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a technical drawing?
No. A photo, a sketch or a description is enough. We prepare the manufacturing documentation and the 3D model for you as part of our engineering services.
What sizes can you make?
Custom sizes are our normal work. Louvres are made to the exact opening size and we can supply complete louvre fields; silencers can be supplied as complete banks.
What materials do you work with?
Most often galvanised sheet, mild structural steel and stainless steel. Finished products can be painted in any shade from the RAL chart.
Do you make single pieces or only series?
Both. Most of our work consists of single custom pieces; repeat series are handled the same way, only the price per piece changes.
How do I get a price?
Send us an e-mail in English with the size, the material and a photo or drawing of the place where the part will be fitted. If anything is missing, we will ask.
